No appointment needed. Grace or a senior team member is on the floor every day we are open. If you want a longer, more focused session without other customers around, you can call ahead and we will find a quieter slot, but most styling conversations happen naturally during a browse.

When you buy a full-price garment in-store, we note the alteration you need and book you in with our seamstress. Turnaround is usually five to seven working days. The first alteration per purchase is on us. Anything additional is priced per job and quoted before we proceed.

We take all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We do not currently offer buy-now-pay-later schemes. Gift cards are available in-store and can be used against any purchase including services.
